Your Zippi Sweeper weighs under 3 pounds.

Your Zippi Sweeper Pro is a breeze to use! While a detailed manual is included when you receive your package, here are the 5 easy steps so you can get started right away.

 

  • Step 1: Take the base unit out of the box. Take one of the pole connectors and line up the hole with the button on the base pole, then click the two poles together.

 

  • Step 2: Take the middle pole connector and repeat. Line up the hole with the button on the first pole, then click the two poles together.

 

  • Step 3: Take the handle and line up the hole with the button. Then click the two poles together.

 

  • Step 4: Take the adaptor and connect the USB charging cable. Connect this to the USB charging port on the back of the bottom base pole and plug into the nearest outlet.

Your Zippi Sweeper Pro assembly is just as easy as the Standard Version. A detailed manual is also included when you receive your package, but here are the 5 easy steps so you can get started right away.

 

  • Step 1: Take the base unit out of the box. You will notice two stickers on the base unit pole, one with the letter D and an orange sticker facing up.

 

  • Step 2: Take the bottom pole connecter with the letter C and match up the orange arrows to click into place.

 

  • Step 3: Take the middle pole connector labeled with the letter B and this time, match up the white arrows and click into place.

 

  • Step 4: Take the handle labeled with the letter A and match up the blue arrows to click into place.

 

  • Step 5: Take the charging cable that is already connected to an adapter and connect it to the charging port on the back of the pole. Now, plug into the nearest outlet.

First, unplug your Zippi Sweeper from the charging outlet. Then, on the base unit, there is a step pedal you push with your foot so you can turn it on hands free.

Hold the base of your Zippi Sweeper over the garbage can and release the latch, located on top of the base unit. The compartment underneath will pop open, and the dirt will empty out from the bottom.

It’s very easy to change the brush. Think of this small piece like a rubber band. To remove, stretch the brush and pull off the round button like piece on the base of your unit. To put a new one on, stretch the brush around and snap it into place.

Return Policy

All items that have not yet shipped can be canceled for an immediate and full refund. Once an item has shipped, unless otherwise indicated, most items on our site can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Exceptions include:
- Food prep items.
- Clothing, bedding, wearable, or hair-removal items.
- Cleaning products.
- Holiday-specific items (such as Christmas decorations) can only be returned up to one week prior to the Holiday.
- Clearance items are non returnable.


If an item is eligible for return, you can contact customer service through our help center to begin the return process. We'll always accept returns for unopened items for up to 30 days (excluding clearance items).

Retail and Third Party Items
Our return policies apply only to products purchased from this website, incredibleinventions.com. Products purchased from other websites and in retail stores cannot be returned or exchanged from this site.

Different products are handled at different locations, so where a return will be sent will depend on what product is being returned. A customer service rep will provide the address to return the item once after you've opened a help ticket.

NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST BE INITIATED FROM OUR SYSTEM BY OPENING A HELP TICKET. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT A VALID RMA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR ACCOUNT CREDIT.

This policy is in place because returns are typically processed at different locations from where items are shipped, so it's important that the return is created in our system first. If your order is eligible for return, open a help ticket so we can set up an RMA or replace the item.
